Dr Bahram Boghraty
MBBS, BSc, FRACGP
Dr Bahram Boghraty joined the Queen Street Medical Centre team in December 2019. He is a Brisbanite and completed his Bachelor of Science (’07) followed by a Bachelor of Medicine/Surgery (’11), both at The University of Queensland. He obtained his RACGP fellowship in 2019.
Following his internship at RBWH, his residency and registrar years were mostly at the QEII and Greenslopes Hospitals where his work had a largely surgical focus, including lengthy stints each in urology, neurosurgery, orthopaedics and ENT Surgery as well as ICU.
Dr Boghraty’s special interests in medicine include ENT, Back pain, Men’s Health, Health of older people, as well as management of chronic disease including diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis and COPD. He is happy to manage fellow doctors requiring care. Outside of medicine, he enjoys reading political autobiographies, watching European football, and planning his next holiday.
